- Product item codes and order quantity
- Whether you’ll self-collect or need delivery

Confirm and pay
Once your sales order details are correct, you can pay using any of these methods:
- Instant online transfer
- Bank-in or cheque
- Touch ’n Go
We process your order once we receive your proof of payment.

Processing time
- Small orders: 2–3 working days
- Larger orders: 1–2 weeks

Collection or delivery
Self-collection: arrange your own third-party transport — for example a lorry or transport company, Lalamove or Grab.
Delivery: we can arrange courier service for small orders or lorry transport for bulk orders within West Malaysia.
Please note: we are not responsible for any breakage caused during transportation.
